Message worker threads deliver messages to users' mailboxes.
The Message File Processing page lets you change the number of message worker threads for the current POA session.
The standard number of message worker threads is established in ConsoleOne® (POA object > GroupWise tab > Agent Settings page > Message Handler Threads field). The default is 6; valid values range from 1 to 30.
You can use the Status page to assess whether or not current message file processing is meeting the needs of your GroupWise® system. Use the Priority Queues and Message Queues links to view the current contents of the POA input queue. Use the Message Worker Threads link to list the message worker threads that the POA is currently running.
Specify the number of message worker threads you want the POA to use, then click Submit to put the setting into effect.
