The Message Priority Queue page lists the messages waiting in the selected priority subdirectory of the POA input queue (wpcsout\ofs). Different types of messages are held in each priority subdirectory:
Priority 0: Busy Search requests on users in the post office
Priority 1: GroupWise® Remote client requests from GroupWise Remote users who belong to the post office
Priority 2: High priority messages to recipients in the post office; administrative requests from ConsoleOne®
Priority 3: High priority status notification returning to senders in the post office
Priority 4: Normal priority messages to recipients in the post office
Priority 5: Normal priority status notifications returning to senders in the post office
Priority 6: Low priority messages to recipients in the post office; batch user moves
Priority 7: Low priority status notifications returning to senders in the post office
Displays the full path to the priority subdirectory of the POA input queue (wpcsout\ofs), which is located in the post office directory. The POA input queue is equivalent to the MTA output queue in the post office, so that messages flow from the MTA to the POA by passing through this directory.
Messages
Lists the messages currently waiting in the selected priority subdirectory of the POA input queue. Messages are processed in the order listed.
Sizes
Displays the size in kilobytes of each message.
Date/Time
Displays the date and time when each message arrived in the POA input queue. This indicates how long messages have been waiting for processing by the POA.
If the POA input queue is backlogged, you can use the Message File Processing Threads link on the Configuration page to increase the number of message file processing threads for the current POA session.
You can increase the standard number of message file processing threads in ConsoleOne (POA object > GroupWise tab > Agent Settings page > Message Handler Threads field). The default is 6; valid values range from 1 to 30.
