Intruder detection enables the POA to detect system break-in attempts in the form of repeated unsuccessful logins. This feature can be especially helpful when allowing Remote client users to establish client/server connections to MTAs in your system.
The Intruder Detection page lets you change intruder detection settings for the current POA session. Change the settings as needed, then click Submit to put them into effect.
Standard intruder detection functionality is established in ConsoleOne® (Post Office object > GroupWise tab > Client Access Settings page).
Select Enabled or Disabled, then click Submit to turn intruder detection on or off.
If intruder detection was originally turned on in ConsoleOne, you cannot turn it off from the POA Web console.
