The Hold Queue page provides a window into the priority subdirectories of the POA output queue (wpcsin), which is equivalent to the MTA input queue in the post office. Files will accumulate in these subdirectories only if the domain is closed or backlogged, so that the POA is unable to send messages to the MTA.
Displays the full path to the POA output queue in the post office directory.
Lists the contents of the priority 0-7 subdirectories in the POA output queue. Different types of messages are held in each priority subdirectory:
Queues
Priority 0: Busy Search requests on users in other post offices
Priority 1: Responses to GroupWise® Remote client users who request items from their master mailboxes located in the post office
Priority 2: High priority messages to recipients in other post offices
Priority 3: High priority status notification returning to senders from recipients in other post offices
Priority 4: Normal priority messages to recipients in other post offices
Priority 5: Normal priority status notification returning to senders from recipients in other post offices
Priority 6: Low priority messages to recipients in other post offices
Priority 7: Low priority status notification returning to senders from recipients in other post offices
Count
Displays the number of messages that are currently waiting in each priority queue for transfer to the domain. Typically, no messages are waiting unless the domain is closed or is backlogged because of unusually heavy message traffic or a slow WAN link.
Oldest Message
Displays the number of hours, minutes, and seconds the oldest message has been waiting for transfer to the domain.
