By default, the POA generates a daily copy of the system Address Book for GroupWise® Remote client users to download. If this option is disabled, the POA generates a copy of the system Address Book whenever a Remote client user requests one and the existing copy is more than 24 hours old.
The Remote Downloadable Address Book Generation page lets you control Address Book generation for the current POA session. Select options as needed, then click Submit to put the settings into effect.
Standard Address Book functionality is established in ConsoleOne® (POA object > GroupWise tab > Maintenance page).
Select Enabled or Disabled, then click Submit to turn daily Address Book generation on or off.
Specify the number of hours after midnight for the POA to generate the daily copy of the system Address Book for Remote client users. The default is 0 (zero), meaning at midnight.
Select this option, then click Submit to generate a copy of the Address Book immediately.
