MTA Status

The MTA Status page provides information, status, and message statistics about the MTA to help you assess its current functioning.

Up Time

Displays the length of time the MTA has been running.

Domains

Displays the total number of domains in your GroupWise® system and the number that are currently closed.

Post Offices

Displays the total number of post offices in the domain and the number that are currently closed.

Gateways

Displays the total number of gateways in the domain and the number that are currently closed.

Messages Processed

Displays the total statistics for the current MTA session, and 10-minute statistics for all messages the MTA has routed.

Routed

Displays the number of messages successfully routed to the domains, post offices, and gateways serviced by the MTA.

Undeliverable

Displays the number of messages that could not be delivered to a domain, post office, or gateway.

Errors

Displays the number of errors the MTA has encountered while processing messages in its input queues.

Queue Information

Click Router to display the contents of the MTA router queue (mslocal\gwinprog).

Closed Links

Click a closed domain, post office, or gateway to view the queue contents that are waiting for transfer to the closed location.

Alerts

Displays important messages that could require administrator attention. If the MTA encounters a problem that disrupts the flow of GroupWise messages, the same messages are displayed here in the MTA Web console that are also appearing at the MTA agent console.

Restart MTA

Restarts the MTA. Refresh the Status page in your browser to view the messages that are generated as the MTA restarts.
